7-Day Return Guarantee

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. If you decide to return the item, it must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You will also need to provide the financial transaction details and a copy of the invoice.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate the Return: Please contact us via phone or email, providing your Order ID. Alternatively, you can click the "Return Order" link at the bottom of the page and fill in the required details.

  2. Return Confirmation: Our Customer Support will confirm the return request and guide you on the pickup process.

  3. Return Conditions: Ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Please include all tags, labels, original packing, and invoice.

  4. Free of Charge: Returns, replacements, and pickups are free of charge.

Replacement or Refund:

  • Replacement: Available based on stock availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund.

  • Refund: The amount you paid (including shipping and gift charges) will be refunded to your account, following our payment partner's policies. Refund processing time may vary.

Non-Returnable Items:

Shipping Policy

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed by our customer support team, products are shipped within three business working days. Please refer to product descriptions for made-to-order products.

  • Airway Bill Information: The tracking details (Airway Bill number) will be provided once the product is dispatched.

  • Custom Duties: Any applicable custom duties for international orders will be borne by the customer.
